When Karen asked me to shoot her engagement at the Arboretum, I was super excited as I have not shoot here before. There are so many locations at the Arboretum to shoot, thus, we were there for almost 4 hours!!! I couldn’t have asked for better weather for our session. It was cloudy and a little windy to keep me cool from running around by myself :-). I didn’t have to use any modifier except one shot against the sun since it was perfectly cloudy with soft lighting. I love using natural light to show natural beauty :-). I asked Karen and Chan to show up “connected” for the day and allow me to capture their love, and they certainly showed up being as one. I can’t wait for their bridal session!!
